When I was a little girl, my Nonna Santi lived next door. Even beyond the grapevines and roses, the aroma of her Tuscan cooking would fill the air.

Eagerly, I would run next door to help her.  With my youthful impatience, I would always ask, "Nonna, is it ready yet?", and she would melodiously reply, "Every-thing-a-take-a-time".
